At A Glance
I am a PhD student and member of the academic staff in the group of Prof. Heiko Vogler at Technische Universität Dresden (and I have been since mid-April 2008). My research focuses on algorithms and formal models for syntax-based statistical machine translation. One particular concern of mine is Vanda, our machine translation system, which is currently under development. Also I am interested in machine learning techniques.
