Rules for arranging examinations:

  1. Requests for examination dates:
    - Examinations need to be arranged personally at the secretary's office (necessary documents must be available). It is not possible to arrange examination dates by e-mail.

  2. For arranging examinations for "Fachgebiet/Vertiefungsgebiet" (Prüfungsordung 2004 and before), you need to
    - Choose the main examiner (Hauptprüfer). Typically the examiner who has the most SWS in the examination)
    - Bring a duly completed examination application form (Prüfungsanmeldung) and an examination protocol form.

  3. For arranging examinations according to Prüfungsordnung 2009 and later, you need to
    - Bring your student card (Studentenausweis) and matriculation card (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung),
    - Find out if there exist forms for your exam. These forms may differ depending on the modules you want to be examined in:

    - Know the name of the module (Modulbezeichnung) you want to be examined in


  4. Please use the office hours at the secretary's office. Be aware of changes in the office hours due to vacation, illness or vocational training by checking:
